Terms of use

By using the Reformee Pilates website and application (“Application”, “Service”), you accept these Terms of use. If you do not agree with the terms, please do not use the Application.

The Application enables viewing the schedule, creating a user account, booking and cancelling sessions online, tracking reservations, and viewing session packages assigned to you by the studio.

Studio opening hours (for information): Monday – Friday 07–21h; Saturday 07–14h.

Through the Application you may, depending on your account status:

• view public content (home, schedule, about us, gallery);
• register an account and sign in;
• book available class sessions;
• cancel your own reservations in accordance with the rules;
• view reservation history and your profile;
• see assigned session packages (credits) that the studio records after a purchase outside the Application.

The Application does not support online payment. Packages and other services are purchased directly with the studio (for example in the studio or by other arrangement).

Registration is required to make bookings. When you register we collect: first name, last name, email address, password, and optionally a phone number. Email confirmation is required.

• You are responsible for the accuracy of your data and for keeping your credentials safe.
• The account is personal; misuse of someone else’s account is not allowed.
• The studio may limit or suspend booking rights in the cases described in these terms (for example repeated late cancellations or no-shows).
• You may update your profile (first name, last name, phone, profile photo). The email address cannot be changed via the profile.

Booking is only possible for sessions with scheduled status that have not yet started and that have free spots. Occupied seats are counted from active reservations (booked / attended).

• You cannot have two active reservations for the same session.
• Class capacity must not be exceeded; the system prevents overbooking.
• The studio may manually enter a reservation on behalf of a user or a guest (without an account).
• A booking confirmation is sent by email when email sending is configured.

You may cancel a reservation with “booked” status through the Application. Cancellation does not delete the record; it changes the reservation status. When you book, one session is deducted from your package (if you have one).

• On-time cancellation — if you cancel in time (before the late-cancellation window), the status is “cancelled” and the session credit is returned to your package.
• Late cancellation — if you cancel within the window before class start (default 12 hours; the studio may change this in settings, typically between 1 and 168 hours), the status is “late cancelled” and the package credit stays deducted.
• Repeated late cancellations and no-shows may lead to further booking restrictions (see section 8).

The studio (administrator) may set reservation status, including: booked, attended, cancelled, late cancelled, and no-show. After a class ends, remaining reservations with “booked” status may be automatically marked “attended”; the administrator can still mark a no-show.

These statuses are used for attendance records. Package usage is tied to booking at the time of reservation (see section 9), not to marking attendance. Reservation history is kept; records are not permanently deleted solely because of a cancellation.

The studio may temporarily suspend online booking rights (for example due to repeated late cancellations or no-shows). The Application has a highlighting threshold (default 3 late cancellations and/or no-shows); suspension is applied manually by the studio.

A suspended user may still access their account and view data, but cannot book new sessions until the studio lifts the suspension.

Session packages are a record of prepaid classes (credits) that the studio assigns to a user after a purchase outside the Application. In the Application, packages are shown for transparency of remaining sessions and validity.

• Having a package is not required for online booking in the current version of the Application.
• Credit usage is recorded when a session is booked. A credit is returned only if the reservation is cancelled on time (before the late-cancellation window). Late cancellation, no-show, and attendance leave the credit deducted; marking attendance does not deduct a second credit.
• Packages have a start and end date (the default validity when assigned may be e.g. 45 days, according to studio settings).
• Price, payment method, and purchase terms for packages are agreed directly with the studio.

The studio reserves the right to cancel or change a session (for example due to instructor illness, technical reasons, or force majeure). Users with an active reservation may be notified by email about the cancellation.

Any make-up session or reschedule is arranged with the studio.

Pilates and reformer training require an appropriate health condition. By using the Service you confirm that you are fit to exercise or that you have consulted a doctor if needed. The studio is not liable for injuries arising from failure to follow instructor instructions or from concealing health limitations.

The Application is for organising bookings; it does not replace in-person work with an instructor or medical advice.

The Application may be installed on a device as a progressive web app (PWA). Installation does not create a separate “app store” application; it is a shortcut to the same web content. Offline availability of pages is not guaranteed.

Application content (texts, design, logos, photographs, and similar) is protected and belongs to the studio or licensors, unless otherwise indicated. Copying or commercial use without consent is not allowed.

• attempting to disrupt the system or bypass security measures;
• entering inaccurate data to the detriment of other users or the studio;
• misusing bookings (for example booking without intent to attend);
• introducing harmful software or automated attacks.

The studio may restrict access to the Service in case of a breach of these terms.

We strive to keep the Application reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, freedom from errors, or complete accuracy of all displays (for example in rare cases of sync delay). To the extent permitted by law, the studio’s liability for indirect damage arising from use of the Application is excluded.

The studio may update these terms. The date of the latest change is shown at the top of the page. Continued use of the Application after changes are published is considered acceptance of the updated terms, unless the law requires otherwise.

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia. We will endeavour to resolve disputes amicably; otherwise, the court with jurisdiction at the service provider’s registered seat is competent, unless mandatory rules provide otherwise.
